Raymond Heinrich
Raymond Heinrich, AIA, APA, is a
licensed architect and planner. Ray is the former Director of
Urban Renewal Programs for the State of New Jersey. Ray has taught
construction technology, environmental design, land planning and
real estate development as a faculty member of Rutgers University.
Ray's expertise in architecture and
building design has been of particular value to Blau Appraisal
Company where he assists us in building description and cost
estimates. He has been especially involved in the appraisal of
nursing homes in conjunction with our contract with the New Jersey
Department of Health's rate setting program.
Michelle Spies, MAI
Michelle Spies has been actively
engaged in real estate appraisal in New Jersey since 1986. A
graduate of Boston University, Ms. Spies is a Member of the
Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation. She is a
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New
Jersey, License No. RG 00694. She is an active member of the
Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc. She has appraised a
wide variety of commercial properties in New Jersey. Her strengths
include discounted cash flow technique and special purpose
properties including schools.
John Calrton
John Carlton is a graduate of Duke University and has a Masters in
Landscape Architecture in community design from North Carolina
State University. Johnıs professional education include
appraisal courses offered by the Appraisal Institute, New York
Real Estate Institute and courses in residential development sit
planning at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. John is a
licensed real estate appraiser and landscape architect.
